Privacy Policy

The short version: this website collects nothing about you, and Lucy keeps everything about her owner on her owner's own machines. The detail follows.

1. This website

This Site is static. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no cookies, no fingerprinting and no third-party scripts of any kind. A strict Content Security Policy blocks external requests outright — no third party learns that you visited.

The Site is served by a static host (GitHub Pages). Like any web server, that host may record standard request information such as your IP address and user agent for operational purposes. We do not have access to those records.

2. Links away from here

Links to Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, GitHub, and Discord take you to services we do not control. Those platforms track you under their own terms. Nothing about you is passed to them from this Site, and outbound links carry a restricted referrer.

3. Lucy herself

Lucy is a local-first system:

• Her mind runs on her owner's own hardware. There is no cloud service, no external API and no remote inference in normal operation.
• Conversations, memories, and data are stored locally and are not uploaded anywhere.
• She does not sell, share or transmit her owner's data.
• She is built to treat anything fetched from the internet as data, never as instructions.

4. Payments

The Support page uses Razorpay to process optional contributions. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS certification. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI credentials, or other payment details.

5. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and knowingly collects no information from anyone, of any age.

6. Your rights

Because this Site holds no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase. If you believe otherwise, contact us through a channel linked at the foot of this page.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top updates with it.
